Kylslaget AB is where I develop and maintain the company’s internal CRM platform and supporting business systems that are used across daily operations. The platform is designed to manage customer relationships, sales activities, installation workflows, service coordination, and other operational processes in a centralized environment. My role involves building reliable and scalable solutions that help teams work more efficiently while improving access to business-critical information.
A significant part of my work focuses on web development using PHP, Node.js, Python, and C#, where I design and implement application logic, automation processes, integrations, and supporting services. These systems power key workflows such as customer management, scheduling, communication, data processing, and operational reporting.

Key responsiblities
- Create and maintain a customer database that stores information about the end customer and their purchased products and services.
- Functions to make day-to-day activities easier for the 30–40-person team, including automated e-mails and SMS, customer support, scheduling, and so forth.
- Integrate the CRM with Visma SPCS Administration 2000, enabling automated invoice handling and synchronization of financial data with internal business processes.
- Ensure that our Inventory, tracking, and delivery systems are working flawlessly, including datasets for units, spare parts, etc.
- Design a customer-based errands system that helps us identify what we've done wrong, such as failed installation, invoicing, or delivery problems.
- An e-mail client in the CRM that sends and receives email using Microsoft Graph API or an IMAP server.
- Host our web server on a cloud-based platform.
- Analyze, test, review, and fix any problem related to our web application to ensure maximum performance.
